Safe Seal Respirator Fit Testing (“Safe Seal”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides qualitative and quantitative respirator fit testing services throughout New South Wales, Australia. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
We deliver respirator fit testing in accordance with AS/NZS 1715:2009, including Qualitative Fit Testing (QLFT) and Quantitative Fit Testing (QNFT). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure workers present for testing clean-shaven (where required) and with the appropriate respirator(s).
All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.
Clients must ensure a suitable indoor space is available for testing, including access to power (for QNFT). Safe Seal may refuse to conduct testing if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.
Fit test results will be provided to the client and/or worker upon completion. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure annual re-testing and recordkeeping compliance. We do not store fit test results unless specifically requested.
While we follow best practices and national standards, Safe Seal accepts no liability for misuse of respiratory equipment or failure to follow post-test guidance. Fit test results are valid only for the specific model and size tested.
Safe Seal respects your privacy. Personal information collected during fit testing is used solely for reporting and compliance purposes and is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
Safe Seal reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
